What You’ll Be Doing (Job Duties):
Deliver product specifications and prioritize tasks effectively.
Coordinate and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and community teams on product development, QA, and releases while balancing resources to ensure organizational success. Manage the Scrum process effectively.
Develop product strategies and drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including but not limited to product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, and roadmap development.
Oversee all aspects of in-life products, including gathering customer feedback, analyzing user data, addressing requirements, and resolving issues.
What We Look for in You (Job Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in product management.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
A fast learner with curiosity and adaptability.
Proactive and willing to take the initiative.
Strong project management skills; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Proven experience in scaling products and managing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
Demonstrable knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain technologies; a background in engineering is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
A strong sense of product design and user experience.
High aesthetic standards.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
